On June 10th and 11th, 2022, the football coaching workshop in Bregenz was conducted under the guidance of sports director Andreas Kopf.
During the event, Peter Schreiner delivered a presentation on goal-shooting training. In the subsequent practical session, he demonstrated various game scenarios for a U15 team to score goals under time constraints and opposition pressure. The detailed coaching provided by Peter Schreiner was crucial for the players to enhance their goal-scoring abilities. Andreas Kopf, alongside the speakers Peter Schreiner, Matthias Nowak, and Daniel Schmid, effectively organized the training session.
In the theoretical segment, Peter Schreiner shared insights from his analysis of Europe’s top scorers and introduced his eight goal shot categories. The demonstration group, featuring Peter Schreiner, Andreas Kopf, and Daniel Schmid, illustrated the practical application of these concepts.
The practical component involved preparatory goal-shooting exercises under time pressure, followed by the implementation of selected game forms.
The positive reception from the coaches prompted plans for a second part focusing on shooting at goal, scheduled for August 26th and 27th in Bregenz.
