Really if you want to see your good coaches, you have to look at practices, organizational skills, discipline within the program. Of course give me some good athletes and I am going to win some games. I will have above 500 record and most people will look at my career coaching record and probably agree. Look at some coaches with losing records over their career and some might say well he is not a good coach. Yes Metro is a pretty good school with pretty good athletes. What if you put that same head coach in U.S Grants football program. Does his football winning percentage stay the same? Same coach and probably very different results. He would have different horses at a school like Grant as he would Metro.
