CoachesAid and WDT partner to provide new resources to High Schools

CoachesAid.com is excited to announce a new partnership with Weather Decision Technologies out of Norman, OK. As a national provider of High School Sports related news and services, CoachesAid has identified WDT’s weather prediction technology as a key asset to High School Athletic Directors and Coaches in keeping their athletes safe and secure from potentially hazardous weather conditions.

WDT’s state of the art iMap technology will be used by CoachesAid to provide participating schools with the ability to live stream not only weather maps relevant to their respective campuses, but live games, graduations and school events online. Additionally, WDT’s award winning iMap location based mobile application will allow school administrators to make real time decisions in regard to emerging weather conditions that could affect games both on the road and at home.

Schools that have been exposed to the iMap technology are excited that fans, family and friends that can not be in attendance for games and school events will have the opportunity to view them remotely, as well as the revenue stream provided to them by virtue of being able to sell advertising to local businesses during the online broadcasts.

Any school administrators or athletic directors interested in more information on this new technology and how they can involve their school feel free to contact Mert van Fredenberg  at (580) 938 1420 for more information.
