CoachesAid now offering "play by play" commentary

CoachesAid has taken their High School Sports offering to a new level by offering live "play by play" and color commentary for streaming iMap coverage of high school games. CoachesAid has offered live commentary on Friday night games in Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio and North Carolina and hopes to have enhanced coverage going into the winter sports season.

Coverage is also expected to quickly expand to both South Carolina as well as Washington State. So far, the response has been very positive from the viewing public. When asked about the public response, Mert van Fredenberg, a Coaches Aid "play by play" announcer said the he has received nothing but encouragement from the High School sports community. Fans at the games have expressed gratitude on behalf of others that could not make it to the venue, but enjoyed it from their computer screens at home. Others have asked how to view future iMap broadcasts and planned to take advantage of the new technology going forward.

According to van Fredenberg a fan called CoachesAid’s streaming iMap video as "a great service."Expounding on the developing technology, van Fredenberg went on to say "What a great tool for high schools to involve interns and create a training opportunity for students to get their feet wet in broadcasting.
