Africentric was at it again on Tuesday.
Showing tremendous defense and the usual scoring performances from Raven Ferguson and Chelsea Chambers, the Nubians throttled Columbus West’s girls basketball team 101-17.
Then again, it was hard for Africentric (11-3) not to win given the fact West scored no points in the first quarter.
By halftime, it was 52-5 and time to change the channel.
Ferguson led the way for the Nubians with 24, while Chambers (23), Ashley Young (12) and Brittani Thomas had big nights as well.
